Vliv vzdělávání a poradenství pro dospělé osoby se zdravotním postižením v kontextu pracovního uplatnění na trhu práce ve Středočeském kraji

Abstract

The diploma thesis discusses the influence of education and counseling for persons with disabilities in the context of employment on the labor market. The labor market is determined by the borders of the Central Bohemian Region. The importance of this topic is seen for its change over time and development and for its indispensability from the point of view of help in the future. It expresses support and hope for people who carry some kind of limitation. Two phenomena arose in this area - disability representing a dominant determinant limiting the quality of life, and employability as a driving force for improving the living situation of persons with disabilities. Employability is a prerequisite for self-realization and socialization. The process of socialization and the success of work integration clearly depend on the attitudes of society, and this is reflected in the opinions and behavior of employers, but also in state intervention. The diploma thesis is divided into two parts. In the theoretical part, the author initially tries to provide a theoretical explanation of the influence of lifelong education on society and individuals. The recapitulation of familiar terms opens the way for anchoring the meaning and importance of special pedagogy and its subsequent connection to andragogic disciplines...

Diplomová práce pojednává o vlivu vzdělávání a poradenství pro osoby s postižením v kontextu pracovního uplatnění na trhu práce. Trh práce je determinován hranicemi Středočeského kraje. Důležitost tohoto tématu je spatřována pro svoji proměnu v čase a vývoji a pro nepostradatelnost z hlediska pomoci do budoucnosti. Vyjadřuje podporu a naději pro osoby, které si nesou určitý druh omezení. V této oblasti vyvstaly dva fenomény - postižení představující dominantní determinant omezující kvalitu života, a zaměstnatelnost jako hnací síla pro zlepšení životní situace osob s postižením. Schopnost zaměstnatelnosti je předpokladem pro seberealizaci a socializaci. Proces socializace a úspěšnost pracovního začlenění jsou jednoznačně odvislé od postojů společnosti, a ta se odráží v názorech a chování zaměstnavatelů, ale i ve státní intervenci. Diplomová práce je koncipována na dvě části. V teoretické části se úvodem autorka snaží přinést teoretické vysvětlení vlivu celoživotního vzdělávání na společnost a jednotlivce. Rekapitulací známých pojmů se otevírá cesta pro ukotvení významu a důležitosti speciální pedagogiky a její následné napojení na andragogické disciplíny - speciální a sociální andragogiku.
