Svatava Neuwirthová Title: A case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient with a diagnosis of external ankle fracture Objectives: The main aim is to develop a case report of a patient after an external ankle fracture. Furthermore, I will try to introduce the problem of ankle fractures, examination methods, possibilities of influencing the fractures with physiotherapeutic methods, to prove the effect of the used methods and to improve the functional status of the patient. Methods: The theoretical part is written with the help of Czech and foreign literature and is intended to describe the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the ankle and foot, the stereotype of walking, the diagnosis, classification, healing and treatment of ankle fractures, examination methods and techniques used to influence the condition of patients after ankle fractures. In the practical part, a case report of a patient after an external ankle fracture is developed. Svatava Neuwirthová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou zlomenina zevního kotníku Cíl: Hlavním cílem je vypracovat kazuistiku pacientky po zlomenině zevního kotníku. Dále se pokusím seznámit s problematikou zlomenin hlezenního kloubu, vyšetřovacími metodami, možnostmi ovlivnění zlomenin pomocí fyzioterapeutických metod, prokázat efekt používaných metod a zlepšit funkční stav pacientky. Metody: Teoretická část je napsána pomocí české i zahraniční literatury a má popsat anatomii, kineziologii a biomechaniku kotníku a nohy, stereotyp chůze, diagnostiku, klasifikaci, hojení a léčbu zlomenin kotníku, vyšetřovací metody a techniky používané k ovlivnění stavu pacientů po zlomeninách kotníku. V praktické části je vypracována kazuistika pacientky po zlomenině zevního kotníku. Její terapie byla provedena během souvislé odborné praxe v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v termínu od 9.1.2023 do 3.2.2023 pod odborným dohledem PhDr. Zahera El Aliho. Výsledky: Podařilo se vypracovat teoretickou část a tím seznámit s teoretickými východisky. Kazuistika byla vypracována a v průběhu terapie došlo ke zlepšení stavu pacientky. Snížila se bolest, zmenšil se otok, zvýšil se rozsah pohybu a svalová síla na poraněné končetině, došlo ke zlepšení stability a...
