Abstract

Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of subtrochanteric femur fracture Author: Benedikt Šorm Head of the thesis: Mgr. Jana Sohrová Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical and practical knowledge of the diagnosis of subtrochanteric femur fracture and to record the course of physiotherapeutic care of the patient with given diagnosis. Methods: The case report of physiotherapeutic care for a selected patient was processed during concurrent professional practice at the Faculty Thomayer Hospital at the Department of Rheumatology and Rehabilitation 3. LF UK and FTN. The internship took place from 9/1/2023 to 3/2/2023. To write the special part, an anamnesis was first taken, and an initial kinesiology examination was performed. Based on the examination, a short-term and long-term therapeutic plan was made. A total of 15 therapeutic units took place, during the first and last therapeutic units there was an initial and final kinesiology examination. After comparing the initial and final examinations, the effect of the therapy was evaluated. Jana Sohrová Cíle: Cílem této práce je seznámit se s teoretickou a praktickou stránkou diagnózy intertrochanterické zlomeniny femuru a zaznamenat průběh fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s danou diagnózou. Metody: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o vybraného pacienta byla zpracována během plnění souběžné odborné praxe ve Fakultní Thomayerově nemocnici na Klinice revmatologie a rehabilitace 3.LF UK a FTN. Praxe probíhala od 9.1.2023 do 3.2.2023. K sepsání speciální části byla nejprve odebrána anamnéza a provedeno vstupní kineziologické vyšetření. Na základě vyšetření byl proveden krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán. Proběhlo celkem 15 terapeutických jednotek, během první a poslední terapeutické jednotky probíhalo vstupní, resp. výstupní kineziologické vyšetření. Po porovnání vstupního a výstupního vyšetření byl zhodnocen efekt terapie. Obecná část je věnována informacím a poznatkům o diagnóze intertrochanterické zlomeniny femuru. Výsledky: Během terapií došlo k celkovému zlepšení fyzického stavu pacientky. Podařilo se zvětšit rozsah pohybu v kyčelním kloubu do flexe, posílit flexory a abduktory stehna, zlepšit stav měkkých tkání v okolí jizvy na stehně,...
