Abstract

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after osteosynthesis of the ankle joint Objectives: The main aim of this paper is to summarize the theoretical information on the treatment of ankle fractures, to present a case report of a patient diagnosed with a condition after ankle osteosynthesis, to evaluate the effect of the used therapy and to confront the used procedures with EBM. Methods: The physiotherapeutic procedures and methods used in the special part were part of the bachelor's degree in physiotherapy at FTVS UK. Only non-invasive methods were used to improve the patient's health condition. Results: The result of the therapy is a slight improvement in the patient's health. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou stav po osteosyntéze hlezenního kloubu Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je shrnutí teoretických informací o problematice léčby fraktur hlezenního kloubu, zpracování kazuistiky pacientky s diagnózou stav po osteosyntéze hlezenního kloubu, zhodnocení efektu použité terapie a konfrontace použitých postupů s EBM. Metody: Fyzioterapeutické postupy a metody využité ve speciální části byly součástí bakalářského studia oboru fyzioterapie na FTVS UK. Jedná se pouze o neinvazivní metody, které byly využity za účelem zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacientky. Výsledky: Výsledkem terapií je mírné zlepšení zdravotního stavu pacientky.
