v Abstract Author: Michal Mejvald Supervisor: Mgr. Gabriela Kočí Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient diagnosed with lumbar and other intervertebral disc disease with radiculopathy Objectives: The aim of this thesis is the theoretical and practical elaboration of the knowledge related to lumbar disc herniation. To point out the treatment options and to use some of them in the case of a patient after decompression surgery for intervertebral disc herniation. Methods: The case report consists of an initial kinesiological analysis, a short- and long- term therapy plan, ten detailed therapeutic units, an output kinesiological analysis and an evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The evaluation of the effect of the therapy shows that the physiotherapeutic intervention partially improved the patient's overall condition. Gabriela Kočí Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou onemocnění lumbálních a jiných meziobratlových plotének s radikulopatií Cíl: Cílem této práce je teoretické a praktické zpracování znalostí týkající se výhřezu obratle bederní páteře. Poukázání na možnosti léčby a využití některých z nich při zpracování kazuistiky pacientky po operaci dekompresí kvůli výhřezu meziobratlového disku. Metody: Zpracovaná kazuistika sestává ze vstupního kineziologického rozboru, krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu terapie, z deseti podrobně rozepsaných terapeutických jednotek, výstupního kineziologického rozboru a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Ze zhodnocení efektu terapie vyplývá, že fyzioterapeutickou intervencí došlo k částečnému zlepšení celkového stavu pacientky.
