Author: Terezie Doubková Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Care of a Patient after Rotator Cuff Tendon Rupture Objectives: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to theoretically elaborate the basic knowledge concerning the shoulder girdle and to develop a case study of a patient after rotator cuff tendon rupture. Another aim was to evaluate the effectiveness of my chosen physiotherapy procedures. Methods: The general part contains information on anatomy, kinesiology and problems concerning shoulder joint, obtained from the sources listed below. The developed case report of physiotherapy care of the patient includes initial and output kinesiological examination, therapy draft, therapy aims and separate therapy units, based on the knowledge acquired during my three-year bachelor studies. At the end are presented the results of the therapies and the evaluation of their effect. Results: The theoretical knowledge was written in the general part and the case report was prepared according to the chosen aims. The effect of the therapy described in the conclusion of the thesis can be evaluated as positive. Most of the measured values were improved compared to the initial examination. Autor: Terezie Doubková Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po ruptuře šlachy rotátorové manžety Cíle: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je teoretické zpracování základních poznatků týkajících se ramenního pletence a vypracování kazuistiky pacienta po ruptuře šlachy rotátorové manžety. Za další cíl bylo stanoveno zhodnocení efektivity mnou zvolených fyzioterapeutických postupů. Metody: Obecná část obsahuje informace týkající se anatomie, kineziologie a problematiky ramenního kloubu, získané z níže uvedených zdrojů. Vypracovaná kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta zahrnuje vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh terapie, cíle terapie a samostatné terapeutické jednotky, vycházející ze znalostí získaných během mého tříletého bakalářského studia. V závěru jsou uvedeny výsledky terapií a zhodnocení jejich efektu. Výsledky: Teoretické poznatky byli sepsány do obecné části a kazuistika byla zpracována podle zvolených cílů. Efekt aplikované terapie popsaný v závěru práce můžeme hodnotit jako pozitivní. U většiny naměřených hodnot došlo v porovnání se vstupním vyšetření ke zlepšení.
