Author: David Kopecký Title: Case study of physiotherapic care of hemorrhagic stroke patient with right-sided hemiparesis Objectives: The purpose of this thesis was to to summarize the theoretical information on CMP with a focus on the hemorrhagic type and to elaborate a case report of physiotherapeutic care of a patient after hemorrhagic CMP with right-sided hemiparesis hemiparesis Methods: The content of the theoretical part is drawn from professional articles, textbooks and studies. The case study consists of anamnesis, initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan, 8 therapeutic units, output kinesiological analysis, evaluation of the effect of therapy and final discussion where I compare the effect of my therapy with studies. Results: The most significant changes in the patient's condition include a decrease in the painfulness of the affected shoulder, an increase in the passive range and the onset of active movements. Progress was also noted in gait stereotype and ADL. Conclusion: This thesis contains theoretical background on stroke and in a special section is described a case study of a patient with this disease. Autor: David Kopecký Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po hemoragické CMP s pravostrannou hemiparézou Cíl: Shrnout teoretické informace o problematice CMP se zaměřením na hemoragický typ a vypracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po hemoragické CMP s pravostrannou hemiparézou Metody: Obsah teoretické části je čerpán z odborných článků, učebnic a studií. Vypracovaná kazuistika se skládá z anamnézy, vstupního kineziologického rozboru, krátkodobého a dlouhodobého terapeutického plánu, 8 terapeutických jednotek, výstupního kineziologického rozboru a ze zhodnocení efektu terapie a závěrečné diskuze kde porovnávám efekt mé terapie se studiemi. Výsledky: K nejvýznamnějším změnám ve stavu pacientky patří snížení bolestivosti postiženého ramene, zvětšení pasivního rozsahu a nástup aktivních pohybů. Progres byl také zaznamenán ve stereotypu chůze a ADL. Závěr: Tato práce obsahuje teoretická východiska o cévních mozkových příhodách a ve speciální části je popsána kazuistika pacienta s tímto onemocněním. Kazuistika byla vypracována v ÚVN Praha v období od 13.1. do 26.1. pod supervizí Bc. Evy Hankovcové.
