Specifika edukace pacienta s cystickou fibrózou

Abstract

Východisko: Bakalářská práce "Specifika edukace pacienta s cystickou fibrózou" se zabývá problematikou edukace pacienta s touto diagnózou. Cíle: Cílem bylo zjistit kvalitu a způsob edukace, prověřit znalost sester edukujících tyto pacienty, porovnat edukaci mezi nemocnicemi, odděleními, ale i mezi věkovými skupinami, a ve výsledku zlepšit dosavadní prováděnou edukaci. Metodika: Práce je rozdělena na dvě části - teoretickou a empirickou. V teoretické části se práce zaměřuje na popis onemocnění, jeho diagnostiku, příznaky a léčbu. Dále na specifika edukace u tohoto onemocnění, způsoby provádění edukace a případné pomůcky k ní. Empirická část je zpracována na základě kvantitativního výzkumu za použití nestandardizovaného dotazníkového šetření vlastní tvorby s otevřenými i zavřenými otázkami. Výsledky: Z dotazníkového šetření vyplývá, že existuje souvislost mezi věkovou skupinou sester a četností realizace edukace pacientů s CF. Z dotazníkového šetření vyšla zajímavá fakta ukazující určité oblasti, ve kterých je potřeba edukaci zlepšit, rozšířit nebo více kontrolovat. Závěr: V závěru práce jsou uvedeny zjištěné poznatky a vyhodnocení stanovených cílů. Lze konstatovat, že respondenti ve větší míře nezjišťují zpětnou vazbu, nemají na svých odděleních edukační materiály a ve více jak 40 % edukaci provádí...

1 Abstract Theme: The bachelor thesis "Specifics of education of a patient with cystic fibrosis" deals with the issue of education of a patient with this diagnosis. Aims: The aim was to find out the quality and method of education. To check the knowledge of nurses educating these patients. Compare education between hospitals, departments but also between age groups. And as a result, to improve the education carried out so far.
