Specifika ve vývoji řeči předčasně narozených dětí

Abstract

The diploma thesis deals with the problems in clinical speech therapy and is entitled Specifics in the speech development of premature infants. The theoretical and practical findings are included in the thesis. The theoretical part is devoted to premature birth, risks associated with premature birth and care of premature individuals. It also describes multiple pregnancy, twin pregnancy and twins in terms of their development, education and specific forms of communication. The last chapter of the theoretical part deals with child development, speech development and communication disorders. In the practical part, the empirical part, the research methods of the qualitative investigation and its focus are described in detail. The main aim of the thesis and sub-objectives are given. The thesis concludes with a summary of the data collected, which was used to develop a grounded theory. Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou z klinické logopedie a nese název Specifika ve vývoji řeči předčasně narozených dětí. V práci jsou obsaženy teoretické i praktické poznatky. Teoretická část se věnuje předčasnému narození, rizikům spojeným s předčasným porodem a péčí o nedonošené jedince. Dále je popsáno těhotenství vícečetné, těhotenství dvojčetné, a také dvojčata z hlediska jejich vývoje, výchovy a specifické formy komunikace. Poslední kapitola teoretické části se věnuje vývoji dítěte, řečovému vývoji a poruchám v oblasti komunikační schopnosti. V praktické části, empirické, jsou detailně popsány výzkumné metody kvalitativního šetření a jeho zaměření. Uveden je hlavní cíl práce a cíle dílčí. V závěru práce jsou shrnuta získaná data, na základě kterých byla vytvořena zakotvená teorie.
