Abstract

Thema works: Comparison of selected periods of the annual training cycles of the czech elite sprinter Student: Kryštof Pospíšil Supervisor: Doc. PhDr. Aleš Kaplan, Ph.D., MBA. Aims: Evaluate with the help of content analysis training documents from two selected annual training cycles (hereinafter ATC) for one elite sprinter and compare the volumes of selected special training indicators in the monitored periods of ATC. Two ATCs were deliberately selected, with one year affected by the covid-19 virus pandemic and the other reaching the current personal maximum, and we only monitor their preparation period II and the summer racing period. At the same time, the aim is to compare the results of training cycles of the selected sprinter and its performance. Find out the differences between selected periods of two ATC Czech elite sprinters due to the influence of one season by covid-19 and full training in the second season. Cíle práce: Vyhodnotit pomocí obsahové analýzy tréninkové dokumenty ze dvou vybraných ročních tréninkových cyklů (dále RTC) u jedné elitní sprinterky a provést komparaci objemů zvolených speciálních tréninkových ukazatelů ve sledovaných obdobích RTC. Dva RTC byly vybrány záměrně, přičemž jeden rok byl ovlivněn pandemií viru covid-19 a ve druhém bylo dosaženo současného osobního maxima. Ve vybraných RTC pouze jejich přípravné období II a letní závodní období. Zároveň je cílem porovnat výsledky tréninkových cyklů vybrané sprinterky a její výkonnost. Zjistit rozdíl mezi vybranými obdobími dvou RTC české elitní sprinterky vzhledem k ovlivnění jedné sezóny covidem-19 a plným tréninkem v sezóně druhé. Dalšími cíli bude porovnat objem v přípravě sprinterky s její výkonností a zároveň zjistit rozdíl mezi dvěma RTC u české elitní sprinterky vzhledem k ovlivnění jedné sezóny covidem-19 a plným tréninkem sezóny druhé.
