Abstract

Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of pertrochanteric femur fracture Author: Adéla Paulová Head of the thesis: Mgr. Kristina Chroustová Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate the theoretical and practical knowledge of the diagnosis of pertrochanteric femur fracture and to record and describe the procedures that will be used in the rehabilitation of the patient. Methods: This bachelor thesis was written on the basis of a continuous physiotherapeutic internship at the Department of Surgery at Thomayer University Hospital and is divided into general and special part. The general part is focused on information and knowledge about the diagnosis of pertrochanteric femur fracture and includes its anatomical description, surgical options, types of treatment and rehabilitation with possible physiotherapeutic procedures. A special part includes a case study of particular therapies including input and output kinesiological analysis with the patient after the mentioned diagnosis at the department of surgery. Kristina Chroustová Cíle: Cílem této práce je seznámit se s teoretickou i praktickou stránkou diagnózy pertrochanterické fraktury femuru a dále zaznamenat a popsat postupy do kazuistické práce, které budou použité při rehabilitaci pacientky. Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce vznikla na podkladu souvislé odborné praxe v Thomayerově fakultní nemocnici na oddělení Chirurgie a je rozdělena na obecnou a speciální část. Obecná část je věnována informacím a poznatkům o diagnóze pertrochanterické fraktury femuru a obsahuje její anatomický popis, operační možnosti, druhy léčby a rehabilitace s možnými fyzioterapeutickými postupy. Speciální část obsahuje kazuistický zápis z jednotlivých terapii včetně vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru s pacientkou, po již zmíněné diagnóze na chirurgickém oddělení nemocnice.
