Abstract

Title: Case report of a physiotherapeutic care patient with a diagnosis of total knee replacement of the knee joint Aims: The main aim of my bachelor thesis is to process a case report of a physiotherapeutic care patient with a diagnosis of total knee replacement of the knee joint. Part of the work is also a comprehensive theoretical introduction to the topic. Methods: This bachelor thesis consists of a general and a special part. The general part contains informations about the anatomy and kinesiology of the knee joint, information about osteoarthritis which is the most common indication for total knee replacement, it's etiopathogenesis and it's treatment. It also contains a chapter on total knee replacement, it's history, types of endoprostheses, indications and contraindications of this procedure and especially the subsequent rehabilitation and effect of therapeutic procedures used in physiotherapeutic care. The special part is processed in the form of a case report of a patient after total knee arthroplasty. It contains anamnesis, complete initial kinesiological analysis, short-term and long-term physiotherapy plan, therapeutic units, final examination and evaluation of the performed therapy. Název: Kazuistika pacienta fyzioterapeutické péče s diagnózou TEP kolenního kloubu Cíle: Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky pacienta fyzioterapeutické péče s diagnózou TEP kolenního kloubu. Součástí práce je i komplexní teoretické uvedení do tématu. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce se skládá z obecné a speciální části. Obecná část obsahuje poznatky o anatomii a kineziologii kolenního kloubu, informace o artróze jež je nejčastější indikací k TEP kolenního kloubu, její etiopatogenezi a její léčbu. Dále je v ní obsažena kapitola o TEP kolenního kloubu, její historii, typy endoprotéz, indikace a kontraindikace tohoto výkonu a především následná rehabilitace a efekt terapeutických postupů využívaných v rámci fyzioterapeutické péče. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta po totální endoprotéze kolenního kloubu. Obsahuje anamnézu, kompletní vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán, terapeutické jednotky, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení provedené terapie. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutická péče prokázala zlepšení klinického stavu pacienta téměř ve všech měřených kritériích.
