Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu

Abstract

Title: A case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total endoprosthesis of the left knee joint. Aims: The aim of the thesis is to develop a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with endoprosthesis of the left knee joint. Methods: The case study, a special part of the thesis, was developed in the context of a continuous professional practice in the Rehabilitation Clinic of Malvazinky, which took place during January and February 2022. Initially, a medical history was taken and an initial kinesiological examination was performed, based on which short-term and long-term goals of therapy were established. Subsequently, 10 therapeutic units were performed following the set goals. The whole therapy was concluded with a final kinesiological examination and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. Results: From the evaluation of the effect of the therapy, it was found that most of the key values were improved during the therapy sessions. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu. Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče po implantaci totální endoprotézy levého kolenního kloubu. Metody: Kazuistika, speciální část práce, vznikla v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky, která probíhala během ledna a února roku 2022. V úvodu byla odebrána anamnéza a bylo provedeno vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, na jehož základě byly stanoveny krátkodobé a dlouhodobé cíle terapie. Následně bylo provedeno 10 terapeutických jednotek, sledujících vytyčené cíle. Celá terapie byla zakončena provedením výstupního kineziologického vyšetření a zhodnocením efektu terapie. Výsledky: Ze zhodnocení efektu terapie vyplynulo, že během terapií došlo ke zlepšení většiny klíčových hodnot. Klíčová slova: totální endoprotéza, kolenní kloub, gonartóza, kazuistika, fyzioterapie.
