Abstract

Title: Case Study of Physioterapy Care of Patient with the Diagnosis Fracture of Left Patella Objectives: The aim of this bacherlor thesis is to elaboratethe theoretical knowledge about the diagnosis fracture of patella and to describe a detailed case report o physiotherapeutic care of a patient with this diagnosis. Summary: This bachelor thesis deals with the diagnosis of left patellar fracture. It is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. In the first part theoretical knoledge based on kinesiology and biomechanice of the patella are summarised. Then the mechanism of injury, classification and treatment modalities are presented. The second part contains an elaborated case report case report of a patient after left patellar fracture. Keywords: fracture, patella, case report

Název bakalářské práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou fraktura levé pately Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování teoretických poznatků o diagnóze fraktura pately a podrobné zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s danou diagnózou. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá diagnózou fraktura levé pately. Dělí se na dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. V první části shrnuji teoretické poznatky vycházející z kineziologie a biomechaniky pately. Dále jsou uvedeny mechanismy úrazu, klasifikace a způsoby léčby.
