Kazuistika pacienta fyzioterapeutické péče s diagnózou levostranná nadkolenní amputace

Abstract

Title: A Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with Diagnosis of Left-Sided Above-Knee Amputation. Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge and rehabilitation care of a patient with this diagnosis, as well as a case study of a patient with this diagnosis. Method: This study is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part contains the lower limb functional anatomy, theoretical information about lower limb ischemic disease, about amputations, rehabilitation options after amputation and options of prosthesis. It also includes an evaluation of the effects of therapeutic procedures. The practical part contains a case study of a patient after left-sided above-knee amputation. This part includes the entrance examination, the course of therapy, the final examination and the evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The therapy described in the practical part of this study was able to verticalize the pacient and manage to walk with prosthesis on a french crutches. Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou levostranné nadkolenní amputace. Cíle práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků a rehabilitační péče o pacienta s touto diagnózou, také zpracování kazuistiky pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metodika práce: Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. Část teoretická obsahuje funkční anatomii dolní končetiny, teoretické informace o ischemické chorobě dolních končetin, o amputacích, možnosti rehabilitace po amputaci a možnosti protézování. Dále zahrnuje zhodnocení efektů terapeutických postupů. Praktická část obsahuje kazuistiku pacientky po levostranné nadkolenní amputaci. Tato část zahrnuje vstupní vyšetření, průběh terapie, výstupní vyšetření a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledek: Proběhlá terapie popsaná v praktické části práce dokázala pacientku vertikalizovat a zvládnout chůzi s protézou o francouzských holích. Celkově terapie vedla ke zlepšení stavu pacienty.
