Abstract

Title: Case study of the physiotherapy treatment of a patient with peripheral palsy of radial nerve. Objectives: The main objective of this thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge of peripheral palsy, especially the radial nerve palsy. My other aim is to elaborate a detailed case study including examination and therapy with the use of theoretical knowledge and practical skills acquired during the three years of studying the bachelor's programme. Methods: The thesis consists of two main parts. The general part summarizes theoretical knowledge of peripheral radial palsy based on professional literature. There is analyzed anatomy of the nervous system, especially anatomy of the brachial plexus, kinesiology, etiology and clinical picture of this disease and its classification. aims to summarize basic information on the subject. Other section is devoted to treatment of peripheral palsy and it describes in detail the rehabilitation care and specific physiotherapeutic methods used in the treatment of such a disease. At the end of this section is an evaluation of the effect of these methods in the treatment. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou periferní paréza nervus radialis. Cíle: Cílem této práce je teoretické zpracování poznatků k problematice periferních paréz obecně se zaměřením na parézu radiálního nervu. Ve speciální části je mým cílem vypracovat podrobnou kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče zahrnující vyšetření a terapie s využitím svých znalostí a dovedností získaných během bakalářského studia. Metody: Práce se skládá ze dvou částí. V části obecné jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o periferní paréze nervus radialis na základě odborné literatury. Rozebrána je anatomie nervové soustavy, konkrétně brachiálního plexu, kineziologie, etiologie i klinický obraz daného onemocnění a jeho klasifikace. Další úsek je věnován léčbě periferní parézy a podrobněji je pak popsána rehabilitační péče a konkrétní fyzioterapeutické metody využívané při terapii takovéto diagnózy. V závěru této části se nachází zhodnocení efektu těchto metod v rámci léčby. Speciální část práce se věnuje kazuistice pacientky s diagnózou parézy nervus radialis vypracované na základě 4týdenní odborné praxe, která zahrnuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, popis průběhu jednotlivých terapií, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a závěrečné zhodnocení efektu terapie.
