Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci TEP kyčelního kloubu

Abstract

Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after implantation of total hip replacement Aims: The aim of this thesis is to provide a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after implantation of a total hip replacement which had been preceded by hip dysplasia. Methods: Examination techniques and methods, which are taught at the bachelor's degree level at FTVS UK were used within this case study observed at the Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic in Prague. As part of the patient's treatment the medical history was established and an initinal kinesiological analysis was performed, based on which the aims of the following therapy were determined. The therapy consisted of sort tissue techniques, joint play mobilization, individual kinesiotherapy and locomotion training. Emphasis was also placed on autotherapy. At the end of the treatment, a final kinesiological analysis was performed after which the effect of the therapy was evaluated. Results: During the treatment the swelling of the lower left leg and of the surroundings of the surgical wound dissipated. The pain of the operated joint and the left thigh alleviated. The range of motion of the left hip and knee increased. There was an increase in muscle strength of the weakened muscles and the joint play was restored....

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po implantaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu, které předcházela vývojová dysplazie kyčelních kloubů. Metody: V rámci kazuistiky zpracované na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky byly využity vyšetřovací postupy a metody, které jsou obsahem bakalářského studia fyzioterapie na UK FTVS. V rámci péče o pacientku byla odebrána anamnéza, proveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor a na jeho základě stanoveny cíle následné terapie. V rámci terapie byly využity techniky měkkých tkání, mobilizace periferních kloubů, individuální kinezioterapie a individuální LTV - nácvik lokomoce a mobility. Důraz byl kladen také na autoterapii. Na konci terapie byl proveden výstupní kineziologický rozbor, po kterém byl zhodnocen efekt terapie. Výsledky: U pacientky došlo k odstranění otoku bérce LDK a otoku v okolí operační rány, ke zmírnění bolesti v oblasti operovaného kloubu a celého stehna LDK, ke zvýšení rozsahu pohybu v kyčelním a kolenním kloubu LDK, ke zvýšení svalové síly oslabených svalů a k obnovení kloubní vůle u kloubů, u kterých byla omezená. Dále došlo k částečnému uvolnění měkkých tkání (kůže, podkoží, fascie) na LDK, částečnému zmenšení...
