Kazuistika fyzioterapuetické péče o pacienta s diagnózou pneumonie

Abstract

Title: Case study of physiotherapeutic care of a patient diagnosed with pneumonia Aims: The aim of this thesis is to briefly summarize the basic theoretical knowledge of pneumonia from professional sources and to apply selected physiotherapeutic methods used in the diagnosis of pneumonia and to assess their effectiveness. Summary: In the first part of the theoretical part, the basic theoretical knowledge of pneumonia is briefly summarized and ARDS is also marginally described. The second part outlines how physiotherapists can contribute in the treatment of these conditions and what evidence-based medicine has to say about physiotherapeutic approaches in the ICU and in pneumonia. The special part of this bachelor thesis is based on a continuous professional practice at the Department of Anaesthesiology, Resuscitation and Intensive Care at the Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague between 10 January 2022 and 4 February 2022 and is presented in the form of a case report of a patient with a diagnosis of pneumonia. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou pneumonie Cíle: Cílem této práce je z odborných zdrojů stručně shrnout základní teoretické poznatky problematiky pneumonie a ve speciální části aplikovat vybrané fyzioterapeutické postupy používané u diagnózy pneumonie a posoudit jejich účinnost. Souhrn: V teoretické části jsou v první části stručně shrnuty základní teoretické poznatky problematiky pneumonie a okrajově je popsán také ARDS. V druhé části je nastíněno, jakým způsobem může v léčbě těchto onemocnění přispět fyzioterapeut a co o fyzioterapeutických postupech na JIP a u pneumonie říká evidence based medicine. Speciální část této bakalářské práce vznikla na základě souvislé odborné praxe na Klinice anesteziologie, resuscitace a intenzivní péče v Institutu Klinické a Experimentální Medicíny v Praze v termínu 10. 1. 2022 - 4. 2. 2022 a je zpracována formou kazuistiky pacienta s diagnózou pneumonie.
