Kazuistika pacienta fyzioterapeutické péče po fraktuře distální části radia

Terezie Kerdová Title: Case Study of Physiotherapy Treatment of a Patient Diagnosed with Distal Radius Fracture Objectives: This undergraduate thesis is aimed to introduce basic information about the distal radius fracture and treatment options of this diagnosis. The practical part is aimed to compose case report of the patient diagnosed with distal radius fracture. Methods: The thesis contains a theoretical part describing basic information about the structure and kinesiology of the forearm and hand, grips, fractures of the distal radius fracture and the treatment options for this diagnosis. The special part contains anamnesis, initial examination, description of therapy units, final examination and final evaluation of the therapy's effect. The case study was made during the continuous professional practice in CLPA in Prague 9 from 10.1.2022 to 6.2.2022 Results: Thanks to the therapies the weakened muscles strengthened and the wrist's and forearm's reduced range of motion increased. Also in the left forearm's and hand's area joint play restores, hypertonus released and swelling and pain decreased. Keywords: Fracture, therapy, injury, forearm, hand

Terezie Kerdová Název: Kazuistika pacienta fyzioterapeutické péče po fraktuře distální části radia Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je v teoretické části seznámit s problematikou fraktur distální části radia a s možnostmi léčby této diagnózy. Ve speciální části je cílem zpracovat kazuistiku pacientky po fraktuře distální části radia. Metody: Práce obsahuje teoretickou část popisující základní informace o stavbě a kineziologii předloktí a ruky, úchopech, frakturách distální části radia a možnostech léčby této diagnózy. Speciální část obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, popis terapií, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Kazuistika byla vypracována v rámci souvislých odborných praxí v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu (CLPA) v Praze 9 v období mezi 10.1.2022 a 6.2.2022. Výsledky: Díky terapiím došlo na levé horní končetině k posílení oslabených svalů a zvýšení omezeného rozsahu pohybu zápěstí a předloktí. Také v oblasti levého předloktí a ruky došlo k obnovení joint-play, uvolnění hypertonů, redukci otoku a bolesti. Klíčová slova: Zlomenina, terapie, úraz, předloktí, ruka
