Vliv akné na každodenní život žáků vybrané střední školy

Abstract

Diplomová práce nazvaná "Vliv akné na každodenní život žáků vybrané střední školy" je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části. První teoretická část je zaměřena na charakteristiku onemocnění a na vliv této nemoci na kvalitu života pacientů. Je zde stručně charakterizována stavba a funkce kůže, uvádím zde patogenezi akné a spouštěcí faktory, popisuji klinický obraz a klasifikaci této nemoci. Dále zde uvádím informace o diagnostice a možnostech léčby akné a přehled dalších vybraných obličejových dermatóz. V této části je také zahrnutý vliv akné na kvalitu života pacientů a přehled nejčastějších mýtů o akné. Druhá část práce je praktického charakteru. Prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření zjišťuji, zda žáky vybrané střední školy trpící akné toto onemocnění ovlivnilo v každodenním životě. Z výsledků mého dotazníkového šetření vyplývá, že 12 žáků (37,5 %) ze 32 dotazovaných trpících akné (100 %) dosáhlo mnou stanovenou hranici, jež určovala, zda je jejich život touto nemocí ovlivněn či ne. Prvním dílčím cílem práce bylo prověřit znalosti žáků o tomto onemocnění. Zjistila jsem, že úspěšnost (hodnocená počtem správných odpovědí) žáků ve znalostní části dotazníku je 63,6 %. This diploma thesis entitled "The impact of acne on everyday life of students in a selected high school" is divided into two main parts. The first theoretical part is focused on the characteristics of the disease and on the impact of this disease on the quality of life of patients. There is a brief characterization of skin structure, it provides information about pathogenesis of acne and triggering factors, its clinical manifestations and clinical picture. In this part we can also find the diagnosis and treatment options for acne and an overview of other selected facial dermatoses. This part includes the effect of acne on patients' quality of life and an overview of the most common myths about acne. The second part is practically oriented. I used an online questionnaire to find out the impact of acne on everyday life of students in a selected high school. The results of my questionnaire survey show that 12 students (37,5 %) out of 32 respondents suffering from acne (100 %) reached the limit set by me, which determined whether their lives are affected by this disease or not.
