Vztah výsledků vyšetření estrogenových a progesteronových receptorů v nádorech dělohy k léčbě s ohledem na vliv okolních faktorů

Abstract

1. SOUHRN Učebnicová literatura se nevěnuje využití receptorových hodnot pro léčbu nádorů dělohy ani okrajově. Česká časopisová literatura je v tomto ohledu zaměřena především na karcinomy prsu. Tyto poznatky lze využít pro nádory dělohy alespoň z části, a tudíž jsme je zde z tohoto hlediska rozvedli. Avšak již nyní lze v české časopisové literatuře nalézt práce dokumentující praktické výsledky laboratoří, které směřují k využití receptorových výsledků u nádorů dělohy v praxi. K tomuto zmapování problematiky přispívá i školicí pracoviště třemi již obhájenými bakalářskými pracemi a také touto diplomovou prací. Přinášejí poznatky z mezinárodní časopisové literatury, vhodné pro rozvoj problematiky receptorů v nádorech dělohy v rámci České Republiky. V této diplomové práci jsme se zabývali významem estrogenových receptorů (ER) a progesteronových receptorů (PR) pro léčbu nádorů dělohy s ohledem na vliv okolních faktorů. Dostupné informace, které jsme čerpali z české i zahraniční literatury, jsme porovnávali s informacemi získanými o nádoru prsu. K léčbě nádorů endometria u lidí jsou používány antiestrogeny spíše výjimečně. 1. SUMMARY The textbook literature is applying the problem of exploitation of the use of receptor values for treatment of tumours of the uterus only very little. Czech research journals literature is specialized in this respect especially on cancers of breast. These findings can be used at least partialy for tumours of uterus and that is why we specified it here. However, we can find always now in the Czech journal literature the works with practical results of laboratories, which aiming to use the receptors results to exploitation for uterus tumours. The tutor workplace contributes to mapping of this problems with three bachelors works and this diploma work. These works bring the findings from international research journals literature appropriate for development of the topic of receptors in uterus tumors in the Czech Republic. In this diploma work we dealed with the importace of estrogen receptors (ER) and progesteron receptors (PR) for treatment uterus tumours regarding to the influence of surrounding factors.
