Legislativa v oblasti farmakognostických drog

Abstract

Jana Kunhartová Cílem této práce bylo zmapování platných zákonů a vyhlášek Ministerstva zdravotnictví České republiky a Ministerstva zemědělství České republiky týkající se problematiky léčivých rostlin. Práce obsahuje údaje o zákonech a vyhláškách, které jsem zpracovala s ohledem na jejich význam pro drogy či látky přírodního původu. Pozornost byla věnována vývoji oficinálních drog. Porovnala jsem zastoupení jednotlivých drog a jednotlivých galenických přípravků, které vycházejí ze surovin přírodního původu, v obsahu lékopisů Československého lékopisu 1 až Českého lékopisu 2005. Změny postupně vycházejících lékopisů na našem území pochopitelně odrážejí pokrok v oblasti organické a analytické chemie a v technologii přípravy léčiv. Z těchto změn lze tedy vysledovat určitý posun od používání jednotlivých drog k používání jednoduchých galenických přípravků a izolovaných látek. Lékopisy jako základní normativní díla jsou dále rozšiřovány zákony a vyhláškami. Zaměřila jsem se rovněž na předpisy, které vydává Státní ústav pro kontrolu léčiv a které souvisí s oblastí léčivých rostlin. Z této práce tedy vyplývá, že problematiky léčivých rostlin či léčiv přírodního původu se týká celá řada lékopisů, zákonů a norem.

Jana Kunhartová The aim of this work is to summarize current laws and ordinances of the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic, concerning the medical plants issues. The work contains the facts about the laws and ordinances, which I compiled regarding their importance for the drugs or natural substances. The focus is on the development of the official drugs. I have compared the representation of particular drugs and particular galenical substances, which are made of natural materials, in the contents of the formularies from the Czechoslovakian medical codex 1 to the Czech medical codex 2005. The changes of gradually released codexes in our state naturally reflects the progress in the area of organic and analytic chemistry and in the technology of medicament preparation. Therefore is possible to observe a certain advancing from the usage of particular drugs to the usage of simple galenical products and the isolated substances. The medical formularies as the fundamental normative publications are further extended by the laws and ordinances. I have also focused on the laws given by the Government Institute of the Medical Control, which are related with the medicinal plants area.
