Nemoci způsobené ionizujícím zářením

Abstract

Téma diplomové práce jsem si zvolila v souvislosti se svojí možnou budoucí profesí v oboru radiologie, či nukleární medicíny. Chtěla jsem se tudíž blíže obeznámit se zněním Atomového zákona, s aspekty práce s ionizujícím zářením, s účinky ionizujícího záření na lidský organismus a z nich vyplývajících možných rizik pro danou profesi a pro pacienty. Tato práce je zaměřena ve své obecné části na účinky ionizujícího záření na lidský organismus, na jeho obranné a reparační schopnosti a na poškození pozorovatelná na genetické, molekulární a somatické úrovni. V praktické části diplomové práce jsem se zaměřila na zhodnocení výše rizika iatrogenního poškození v rámci mamografického vyšetření.

The topic of the thesis I have chosen in relation to their possible future careers in radiology or nuclear medicine. I was therefore closer acquainted with the text Atomic Act, with aspects of work with ionizing radiation, the effects of ionizing radiation on the human body and the resulting potential risks to the profession and to patients. This work is focused in its general part on the effects of ionizing radiation on the human organism on the defensive and reparative abilities and the damage observed on genetic, molecular and somatic level. In the practical part of the thesis I focused on the perceived risk iatrogenic damage in the context of screening.
