Efektivní model spolupráce mateřské školy a rodiny

Abstract

The thesis elaborates on the reasons for the cooperation between school and family, as well as its significance. It tries to find ways which could lead to an improvement of the current state. It is based on results of questionnaires in which I detect areas of insufficiency in the partnership between school and family, and areas where the cooperation does not fulfill its aim, i.e. the efficiency. It elaborates further on the forms of cooperation, communication and school activities. On the basis of the findings, it brings to directors of nursery schools a "model of mutual cooperation between school and family" and shows them possible ways how to develop such cooperation. In the final part of my thesis, I put forth a few ideas of interactive and communication games which can be used at teachers and parents, or can serve as an enrichment of a number of common events.

Tato práce předkládá důvody spolupráce rodiny a školy a zdůrazňuje její význam. Hledá cesty, které by mohly vést ke zlepšení současného stavu. Formou dotazníkového šetření je zjišťováno, v kterých oblastech partnerství školy a rodiny jsou nedostatky a kde tedy spolupráce nesplňuje svůj účel, není efektivní. Blíže se věnujeme formám spolupráce, komunikaci a aktivitám školy. Ze získaných poznatků je nakonec předkládán ředitelkám mateřských škol "model vzájemné spolupráce školy s rodinou" a je naznačena cesta, jakým způsobem lze tuto spolupráci rozvíjet. V závěru bakalářské práce je nabídnut "nápadník interakčních a komunikačních her", které je možné použít při vzájemném setkání zaměstnanců školy s rodiči či zpestřit jimi některé společné akce.
