Převaz chirurgické rány - metodický materiál pro výuku ošetřovatelské péče na Klinice ortopedie v Ústřední vojenské nemocnici - Vojenské fakultní nemocnici Praha

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je popsat průběh převazů podle sester na Klinice ortopedie 1. LF UK a ÚVN. Dalšími jednotlivými cíli je zjistit, jak sestra odstraňuje Redonův drén, s jakou formou chirurgických nástrojů při převazu pracuje, kdy a jak dochází k posouzení rány a jakým způsobem ji sestra zaznamenává. Teoretická část práce seznamuje s definicí rány, základním dělením a hojením ran, faktory ovlivňujícími hojení rány a jejím popisem. Dále je zde popis převazového vozíku a materiálu v něm uloženém a základ toho, jak s danými materiály pracovat. V neposlední řadě je zde popsána příprava sestry a pacienta k převazu rány. Praktická část je zaměřena na provedení kvantitativního výzkumného šetření na Klinice ortopedie 1. LF UK a ÚVN. Výzkumný soubor byl tvořen dvaceti pacienty a druhý soubor tvořilo sedm sester. Pro toto šetření byl vytvořen záznamový arch, kde byly čtyři otázky na sestru, část, kde jsou zmíněny základní informace o pacientovi, a poté již body týkající se popisu rány a jejího převazu. Na konci záznamového archu byl prostor pro rady a zkušenosti dané sestry a na poznámky. Všechny získané informace byly se souhlasem pacientů i sester (na základě ústního souhlasu). This bachelor thesis aims to describe the dressing change procedure by the nurses at the Department of Orthopaedics, First Faculty of Medicine Charles University, and Military University Hospital Prague. It includes a description of the Redon's drain removal, an introduction of the forms of surgical instruments used during the dressing change, the wound assessment, and methods of wound documentation. The theoretical part of the thesis introduces the basic wound definition and classification, description of the wound healing process and factors affecting wound healing. The sublayer contains a description of the dressing trolley and its stored material with a basic introduction on how to use them. Finally, there is a description of the clinical preparation procedure of the nurse and the patient for wound dressing. The practical part focuses on conducting a quantitative research survey at the Department of Orthopaedics, First Faculty of Medicine Charles University and Military University Hospital Prague. The research group consisted of twenty patients and seven nurses.
