Průvodce rodiny po intenzívní péči - příprava webového portálu

Abstract

Klíčová slova: intenzivní péče; rodina; informační zdroje; web Dostatečná informovanost rodinných příslušníků pacientů hospitalizovaných na intenzivní péči je jednou z jejich nejdůležitějších potřeb. K předávání informací však dochází ve stresující situaci a v neznámém prostředí, které zhoršují schopnost porozumění a zapamatování informací poskytnutých zdravotnickým týmem. Vhodným nástrojem doplňujícím ústní komunikaci s rodinnými příslušníky jsou informační materiály, které mohou mít tištěnou i digitální podobu. Zatímco na zahraničních webech lze takových informačních materiálů nalézt téměř nepřeberné množství, v českém jazyce podobný ucelený soubor informací neexistuje. Cílem této práce bylo vytvoření Průvodce po intenzivní péči. Průvodce byl inspirován dostupnými zahraničními webovými materiály a upravený podle rozsahu poskytované péče na resuscitačních odděleních KAR FNKV. Jednotlivá témata Průvodce byla navržena s ohledem na možnost použití u všech pacientů hospitalizovaných na intenzivní péči a rozdělena do sekcí tak, aby poskytovala příbuzným pacientů informace v logickém sledu: Představení intenzivní péče, Příjem pacienta, Průběh hospitalizace, Ukončení hospitalizace a Návštěvy na intenzivní péči. Key words: intensive care; relatives; information resources; web One of the most important ICU patient's family members' needs is to be sufficiently informed. However, the information transfer occurs in stressful circumstances and in an unfamiliar environment, which impairs the ability to remember and understand the information provided by the healthcare team. Information materials, which can be both printed and digital, are a useful tool to complement verbal communication with family members. While there is a plethora of such information materials available on foreign websites, there is no similar comprehensive set of information in the Czech language. The aim of this work was to create a Guide throughout Intensive Care Unit. The guide was inspired by available foreign web materials and adapted to the scope of care provided in the intensive care units of the Department of Anaesthesia and Intensive Care Medicine, Charles University, 3rd Faculty of Medicine and FNKV.
