Podpora a motivace učitelů při integraci dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem v mateřských školách

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá podporou a motivací učitelů mateřských škol při integraci dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem z pohledu školského managementu. Cílem práce je analyzovat konkrétní nástroje podpory používané řediteli a služby institucí poskytujících podporu učitelů při integraci dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem v mateřských školách. Zejména pak ty, které mohou souviset s manažerskou funkcí - vedení lidí. Teoretická část bakalářské práce obsahuje obecná vymezení základních pojmů a legislativu související s tématem, zmíněny jsou též koncepty podpory při vzdělávání dětí s odlišným mateřským jazykem a úloha ředitele z pohledu manažerské funkce vedení lidí - konkrétně tedy jak a čím může ředitel podporovat své učitele při práci s dětmi s odlišným mateřským jazykem. Výzkumná část této práce obsahuje stanovené výzkumné otázky, vychází z uskutečněného dotazníkového šetření, na základě zkušeností pedagogů mateřských škol. Je zaměřena na analýzu metod a forem podpory učitelů a využití těchto možností v praxi. Dále obsahuje odpovědi na výzkumné otázky a získané poznatky též z oblasti motivace učitelů. V závěru práce jsou konkretizována možná doporučení zejména pro ředitele mateřských škol. The bachelor's thesis is focused on a support and a motivation of nursary schools teachers within the process of integration of children with a different mother language - from the perspective of the school management. The aim of the thesis is to analyze specific supportive tools used by principals as well as institutional services provided in order to help teachers with integrating children with a different mother language at nursary schools. Especially those that may be related to the managerial - leading role. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis contains general definition of basic concepts and legislation related to the topic, different concepts of support at children education with a different mother language and the role of a principal in terms of managerial leadership are mentioned - specifically how the principal can assist his/her teachers within the process of working with children with a different mother language and which tools can be used. The research part of the thesis contains research questions, used for a questionnaire survey, including the real experience of elementary school teachers.
