Abstract

(Czech Version) Autor: Amineh Alkhatib Název práce: Případová studie fyzioterapeutické léčby pacienta s Antisyntetázovým syndromem. Místo stáže: Institute of rheumatology (Revmatologický ústav) Cíl: Cílem práce bylo prozkoumat různé fyzioterapeutické techniky při zlepšování fyzického stavu 36letého mužského pacienta s intersticiálním plicním onemocněním souvisejícím se syndromem Antisynthetase s přítomností protilátek AntiEJ, AntiRO52 a AntiRO60. Metody: PIR, DNS, techniky měkkých tkání, mobilizace kloubů, fyzická cvičení, práh IMT, senzomotorická cvičení. Výsledky: Zlepšení dechové kapacity a dýchacího vzorce, zlepšení držení těla, zlepšení pohyblivosti měkkých tkání. Závěr: Tato studie byla rozdělena na 2 části, obecnou část, která pojednává o anatomii dýchacího systému a povaze onemocnění, a speciální část, která představuje průběh léčby a její účinek na zlepšení celkové pohody pacient. Během této studie aplikace fyzioterapeutických metod prokázala možnost zlepšení klinických symptomů u pacientů se syndromem antisyntetázy. Aplikace technik měkkých tkání spolu s PIR a dalšími fyzioterapeutickými technikami měla velký dopad na zlepšení držení těla, dechového stereotypu a kapacity, a nakonec na celkovou a fyzickou pohodu pacienta. Work placement: Institute of Rheumatology Prague Objectives: The aim of the thesis was to investigate the various physiotherapeutic techniques in improving the physical state of a 36-year-old, male patient with Interstitial lung disease related to Antisynthetase syndrome with the presence of AntiEJ, AntiRO52 and, AntiRO60 antibodies. Methods: PIR, DNS, soft tissue techniques, joint mobilization, physical exercises, IMT threshold, sensomotoric exercises. Results: Improvement in breathing capacity and breathing pattern, improvement in posture, improved mobility of soft tissues. Conclusion: This study was divided into 2 parts, the general part, which discusses the anatomy of the respiratory system and the nature of the disease, and the special part, which represents the course of the treatment and its effect on improving the general well-being of the patient. During this study, the application of physiotherapeutic methods has proved the possibility of improving the clinical symptoms for patients with Antisynthetase syndrome.
