Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po akutním respiračním selhání v důsledku COVID-19 Autor: Barbora Švorcová Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Svatava Neuwirthová Cíle: Cílem této práce je shrnutí aktuálních teoretických poznatků týkajících se respiračního systému člověka, onemocnění COVID-19, akutního respiračního selhání a nastínění obecných přístupů ve fyzioterapii pacientů po prodělání těchto chorob. Dále je cílem práce uvést kazuistiku konkrétní pacientky s diagnózou akutního respiračního selhání v důsledku COVID-19. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce vznikla na podkladu souvislé odborné praxe v Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny v Praze na oddělení KARIP probíhající v termínu od 18. 1. 2021 do 12. 2. 2021. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a speciální. Teoretická část přibližuje anatomii respiračního systému člověka, fyziologii dýchání, onemocnění COVID-19 a akutní respirační selhání. Dále uvádí obecné přístupy ve fyzioterapii pacientů po prodělání těchto chorob v závislosti na jejich stavu. Speciální část zpracovává kazuistiku konkrétní pacientky po akutním respiračním selhání v důsledku COVID-19, včetně záznamu provedených terapií a zhodnocení efektu fyzioterapeutické péče. Svatava Neuwirthová Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the current theoretical knowledge about human respiratory system, COVID-19, acute respiratory failure and general physiotherapy methods used in patients who have undergone these diseases. The other aim of this bachelor thesis is to describe a case study of a patient after acute respiratory failure due to COVID-19. Methods: The bachelor thesis was written based on a continuous physiotherapeutic internship at the Institute of clinical and experimental medicine in Prague at the department of KARIP, which took place between 18th January 2021 and 12th February 2021.
