Autor: Kamila Linhartová Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po hemikolektomii a centrální resekci pankreatu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o hemikolektomii a centrální resekci pankreatu a uvedení příkladu fyzioterapeutické péče v rámci zpracování kazuistiky pacientky po absolvování uvedených operačních zákroků. Metody: Ke zpracování teoretické části této bakalářské práce byla provedena podrobná rešerše teoretických podkladů týkajících se problematiky onemocnění tlustého střeva a slinivky břišní, hemikolektomie, centrální resekce pankreatu a fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienty po operaci břicha. Speciální část práce je tvořena kazuistikou pacientky po hemikolektomii a centrální resekci pankreatu, která vznikla jako výstup mé bakalářské praxe v Institutu klinické a experimentální medicíny v Praze, v období od 18. 1. 2021 do 12. 2. 2021. Součástí kazuistiky je anamnéza, vstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh a cíle fyzioterapeutické intervence, jednotlivé terapeutické jednotky, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Během terapie došlo u pacientky ke zvýšení kondice a svalové síly, úpravě dechového stereotypu, uvolnění měkkých tkání v oblasti břicha a operační rány, snížení hypertonu některých svalů, obnovení jointplay,...

Author: Kamila Linhartová Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient after hemicolectomy and middle pancreatectomy Aims: Aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize theoretical information about hemicoletcomy and middle pancreatectomy and to demonstrate possible physiotherapy treatment on a case study of a patient after the surgical approaches mentioned above. Methods: Detailed research of theoretical background of oncological diseases of large intestine and pancreas, hemicolectomy, middle pancreatectomy and physiotherapy treatment after abdominal surgery was performed to process the general part of this bachelor thesis. The special part of this thesis consist of a case study of a patient after hemicolectomy and middle pancreatectomy, which originated from bachelor clinical practice at Institute of Clinical and Experimental Medicine in Prague, in the time period between 18. 1. 2021 and 12. 2. 2021.
