Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné nadkolenní amputace Cíle práce: Cílem práce je shrnout teoretické poznatky o amputacích, jejich rehabilitaci a zpracovat kazuistiku pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metodika práce: Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou amputací dolní končetiny a jejímu protetickému řešení. Obsahuje vyjasnění základních informací potřebných pro porozumění tématu, poznatky z oboru protetiky a možnosti rehabilitace. Část speciální je tvořena kompletní kazuistikou pacienta s diagnózou jednostranné transfemorální amputace. Kazuistika byla zpracována v rámci souvislé odborné praxe na Rehabilitační klinice Malvazinky. Výsledek: Fyzioterapeutická péče popsaná ve speciální části práce přispěla ke zlepšení stavu pacienta. Title: Case study of a Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with Diagnosis of Unilateral Above - Knee Amputation Aim: The aim of the thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge about amputations and their rehabilitation and to process a case study of a patient with the diagnosis of unilateral above - knee amputation. Method: The general part of the thesis deals with the issue of amputation of the lower limb and its prosthetic possibilities. It contains summary of fundamental information needed to understand the problematics, basics of prosthetics and usual rehabilitation process. The special part consists of a complete case study of the patient with a diagnosis of unilateral transfemoral amputation. The case study was developed within the study practice at the Malvazinky Rehabilitation Clinic. Results: The physiotherapeutic treatment described in the special part of the study contributed to the improvement of patient's condition.
