Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po implantaci TEP kolenního kloubu Autor: Jan Kovářík Vedoucí práce: Mgr. Michaela Stupková Cíle: Hlavním cílem mé bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po TEP pravého kolenního kloubu. Součástí práce je komplexní teoretické uvedení do tématu. Metody: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části - obecnou a speciální. V obecné části jsou zpracovány informace, které se týkají anatomie, kineziologie a biomechaniky kolenního kloubu. Obsahuje také kapitolu o gonartróze, jež je nejčastější indikací k TEP kolenního kloubu, její etiopatogenezi a možnosti léčby. Nakonec obecná část popisuje TEP kolenního kloubu, její historii, operační postupy a následnou rehabilitaci. V části speciální je uvedena kazuistika konkrétní pacientky po implantaci TEP kolenního kloubu a záznam terapií provedených v rámci souvislé odborné praxe v Rehabilitační nemocnici Beroun v období od 18. 1. do 12. 2. 2021. Výsledky: Fyzioterapeutická péče prokázala zlepšení klinického stavu pacienta téměř ve všech měřených kritériích. Michaela Stupková Objectives: The main purpose of my bachelor thesis is to process a case study of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient after a total knee replacement of the right knee joint. Part of the thesis is a complex theoretical introduction to the topic. Methods: This bachelor thesis is divided into 2 parts- a general part and a special part. The general part contains processed information concerning the anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. It also includes a chapter about gonarthrosis, which is the most common indication for the total knee replacement, its etiopathogenesis and options of treatment. In the end the general part describes the total knee replacement, its history, operative procedures and subsequent rehabilitation. In the special part of the thesis there is a listed the case study of a specific patient after the total knee replacement and a record of the therapeutic units within the related professional practise in the rehabilitation hospital in Beroun in a period from 18. 1. to 12. 2. 2021.
