Abstract

Autor: Natálie Krejčířová Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s VAS L páteře na podkladě DMO Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je v části obecné seznámení s diagnózou DMO, ve speciální části zpracování kazuistiky pacientky s touto diagnózou zahrnující vlastní vyšetření, ošetření a prokázání dostačující znalosti a schopnosti v oboru. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozložena do dvou částí - obecná a speciální část. V první obecné části je blíže zpracované téma dětské mozkové obrny. Zahrnuje charakteristiku, epidemiologii, etiologii, patogenezi. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé formy DMO a jejich klinický obraz, problém této nemoci v dospělém věku. Součástí bakalářské práce jsou i zobrazovací metody, léčba DMO včetně farmakoterapie, fyzioterapie a také ergoterapie. V závěru jsou popsané testy hodnotící pacienta s dětskou mozkovou obrnou a prognóza. V druhé speciální části je zpracována kazuistika pacientky s touto nemocí, která obsahuje anamnézu, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, návrh krátkodobého a dlouhodobého plánu včetně návrhu terapie. Dále jsou popsány jednotlivé terapie a v závěru efekt terapie. Výsledky: U pacientky po terapiích došlo ke zmírnění akutních bolestí v oblasti zad, obzvláště v krční a bederní oblasti. Objective: The aim of this bachelor's thesis is the general part of acquaintance with the diagnosis of a cerebral palsy and in the special part of the elaboration of patient's case with this diagnosis including examination, treatment and demonstration of sufficient knowledge and skills in the field. Methods: The bachelor thesis consists of two main parts - general part and special part. The first general part covers the topic of cerebral palsy and it is elaborated in detail. This includes characteristics, epidemiology, etiology and pathogenesis. Furthere more it's individual forms of cerebral palsy and it's clinical picture. Problems of this disease in adulthood, imaging techniques, treatment of cerebral palsy including pharmacotherapy, physiotherapy and occupational therapy. Finally, the tests are being described by evaluating a patient with CP and prognosis. The special part explains a case report of a patient with this disease CP which includes anamnesis, input and output kinesiological analysis, design of short - term and long - term therapy plan, including the design of therapy.
