Abstract

Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou Collesovy zlomeniny Cíle práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je získání a zpracování teoretických poznatků o Collesově zlomenině, následné využití vybraných fyzioterapeutických metod a postupů při terapii a vypracování kazuistiky a záznamu průběhu rehabilitační péče. Metody: Tato práce vznikla na základě čtyřtýdenní souvislé odborné praxe v nemocnici Brandýs nad Labem. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Část obecná se věnuje anatomii a kineziologii zápěstí a ruky, následuje obecné pojednání o zlomeninách, jejich klasifikaci, diagnostice, hojení, léčbě a případných komplikacích. Dále se věnuje tématice zlomenin distálního radia (obecné informace, léčba, rehabilitace). Část speciální obsahuje kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s dg. Collesovy zlomeniny. Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with a Colles' fracture diagnosis Objective: The main aim of this bachelor thesis is to obtain and process theoretical knowledge about Colles' fracture, the subsequent use of selected physiotherapeutic methods and procedures in therapy and elaboration of case report and a record of the course of rehabilitation care. Methods: This thesis was created on the basis of four-week practice at the Brandýs nad Labem Hospital. It is devided into two sections. The general section deals with the anatomy and kinesiology of the wrist and hand, followed by a general description of fractures, their classification, diagnosis, healing, treatment and possible complications. It also deals with the topic of distal radius fractures (general information, treatment, rehabilitation). The special section contains a case report of physiotherapeutic care for a patient with Colles' fracture. Key words: Colles' fracture, radius, distal radius fractures, physiotherapy.
