Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po per-subtrochanterické zlomenině femuru Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit se s teoretickými a praktickými poznatky o diagnóze per-subtrochanterické zlomeniny femuru a zpracování kazuistiky pacientky s touto diagnózou. Souhrn: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na obecnou a speciální část. Obecná část je zaměřena na diagnózu per-subtrochanterické zlomeniny femuru, je zde ucelený popis kyčelního kloubu a dělení zlomenin v této oblasti, popsaná konzervativní i chirurgická léčba a shrnutí přístupu PFN a možné fyzioterapeutické postupy. Speciální část je věnována kazuistice pacientky s již zmíněnou diagnózou. Obsahuje popis provedených každodenních terapií, vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý fyzioterapeutický plán a celkové zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Povedlo se splnit cíle stanovené v krátkodobém terapeutickém plánu. Zvýšila se svalová síla oslabených svalů LDK, zvýšil se rozsah pohybu do flexe v kyčli i koleni, snížilo se napětí hypertonických svalů DKK, došlo ke zmírnění otoku a bolesti v oblasti stehna a kolene a pacientka získala jistotu při chůzi o 2PB. Title: The case study of a physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with a diagnosis of per- subtrochanteric femur fracture Objectives: The aim of this thesis is to elaborate theoretical and practical knowledge of the diagnosis of per-subtrochanteric femur fracture and to process the case study of a patient with this diagnosis. Conclusion: This bachelor thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part is focused on the diagnosis of per-subtrochanteric femoral fracture, there is a comprehensive description of the hip joint and fracture division in this area, it contains informations about conservative and surgical treatment and a summary of PFN approach and possible physiotherapeutic procedures. The special part is focused on the case study of the patient with the diagnosis. It contains a description of the performed daily therapies, initial and final kinesiological examination, short-term and long-term therapeutic plan and overall evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: The goals set out in the short-term therapeutic plan have been met.
