Abstract

Název: Faktory motivace hasičů k výkonu služby. Cíle: Cílem práce je popsat faktory motivace hasičů k výkonu služby a dále je analyzovat. Metody: Použitými metodami k získání informací a dat jsou: Anketa, analýza tištěních, internetových a legislativních zdrojů. Výsledky: Popis jednotlivých faktorů motivace hasičů a jejich analýza výsledků ankety. Výsledky ankety potvrzují, že hlavními faktory motivace hasičů k výkonu služby jsou kolektiv, pomoc lidem a proces výkonu práce. Jedná se z většiny o motivaci vnitřní, která je cílena na proces výkonu služby a nikoli na cíl. Bylo potvrzeno, že práce hasiče je více životním stylem než prací navzdory silné psychické i fyzické zátěži, a jejím důsledkům. Klíčová slova: Hasičský záchranný sbor (HZS ČR), integrovaný záchranný systém (IZS), sbor dobrovolných hasičů (SDH), faktory, motivace.

Title: Factors of Motivation for Firefighter's Service Performance. Objectives: The objective of this bachelor thesis is to describe factors of motivation for firefighter's service performance and to further analyze them. Methods: Methods used to obtain information and data are: Survey, analysis of printed, internet and legislative documents sources. Results: Description of individual factors of firefighter's motivation and their analysis in questionnaire survey. The results of the questionnaire survey confirm that the main factors of firefighter's service performance are the team, assistance to people and the process of service. This is mostly internal motivation, which is process oriented not goal oriented. It has been confirmed that the work of a firefighter is more of a lifestyle than work despite a strong mental and physical burden and its consequences.
