Porovnání reakční rychlosti u dětí s diagnózou ADHD a běžnou populací stejného věku

Abstract

Název práce Rozdíly reakční rychlosti u dětí s ADHD a běžnou populací stejného věku Vymezení problému ADHD je neuropsychologická porucha vyskytující se u části dětské populace (5- 8 %). Vědecká veřejnost se zmiňuje o existenci tzv. hyperfokusu, tedy schopnosti výrazného soustředění u dětí s diagnózou ADHD, zejména v případě zaujetí těchto dětí pro daný úkon či úkol. Metodicky správně sestavené a provedené testování reakční rychlosti těchto dětí, by mohlo tento předpoklad potvrdit či vyvrátit. Cíl práce Cílem práce je zjistit, zda a případně jaký vliv má diagnóza ADHD u dětí na reakční rychlost. Hypotézy H1: Reakční rychlost u jedinců s ADHD bude v průměru stejná, nebo vyšší než u jedinců stejného věku zdravé populace. H2: Rozdíl mezi jednotlivými pokusy bude u dětí s ADHD větší než u jedinců stejného věku zdravé populace. H3: Jedinec s nejlepší reakční schopností s ADHD bude mít stejný nebo lepší výsledek jako nejlepší jedinec stejného věku zdravé populace. Metody: Testování pro účely této diplomové práce proběhlo v centru ROSA. Testování se zúčastnilo 12 probandů v testované (ADHD) a 7 probandů v kontrolní skupině. Title: Differences in reaction rate in children with ADHD and the general population of the same age. Problem definition: ADHD is a neuropsychological disorder occurring in part of the pediatric population (5-8%). The scientific public mentions the existence of the so-called hyperfocus, ie the ability to significantly concentrate in children diagnosed with ADHD, especially in the case of these children being interested in the task.
