Ošetřovatelská péče o pacienta s AV blokádou III.stupně

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor's work is to process a case study and describe the nursing care of a patient with a third degree atrioventricular block and subsequent therapy by implantation of a pacemaker. The theoretical part of this work is focused on the basic anatomy of the cardiovascular system, especially anatomy of the heart. Further is explained the diagnosis of atrioventricular block, including the division of individual degrees of block with the main focus on third degree atrioventricular block, its diagnosis, etiology, symptoms and treatment. The possibilities of pacing therapy, including its complications, are also described here. In the practical part is describe a case report of a patient with third degree atrioventricular block, including the patient's course of hospitalization and treatment with the implantation of a permanent pacemaker. Nursing problems were also identified.

Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování případové studie a popsání ošetřovatelské péče o pacientku s Atrioventrikulární blokádou III. stupně a následnou terapii pomocí implantace kardiostimulátoru. Teoretická část práce je zaměřena na základní anatomii kardiovaskulárního systému, zejména anatomii srdce. Dále je vysvětlena diagnóza atrioventrikulární blokády včetně rozdělení jednotlivých stupňů blokády s hlavním zaměřením na atrioventrikulární blokádu III. stupně, její diagnostika, etiologie, symptomy a léčba. Také jsou zde popsány možnosti kardiostimulační terapie, včetně jejích komplikací. V praktické části práce je popsána kazuistika pacientky s diagnostikovanou atrioventrikulární blokádou III. stupně, včetně jejího průběhu hospitalizace a následné léčby za pomocí implantace trvalého kardiostimulátoru. U pacientky také byly stanoveny ošetřovatelské problémy.
