Etické aspekty v práci učitele odborného výcviku

Abstract

Předkládaná bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou etických aspektů v práci učitele odborného výcviku. Cílem této práce je teoreticky popsat pedagogickou (v užším vymezení učitelskou) etiku a její aspekty a následně tyto informace prakticky aplikovat ve vlastním výzkumu, jehož obsahem budou eticky komentované kazuistiky a názory žáků i pedagogů na tyto eticky sporné případy. V teoretické části práce je využita zejména metoda analýzy odborného textu, v praktické části jsou představeny kazuistiky (v tomto smyslu jde o kvalitativní výzkum ve formě sondy do problematiky). Z práce vyplývá, že učňovské školství disponuje četnými specifiky a problémy - v současné době jde o stupeň vzdělání, který nedisponuje společenskou prestiží, a trpí materiálním nedostatkem i nedostatkem kvalitních pedagogů. S tím souvisí i skutečnost, že na učňovských oborech se více než na jiných školách koncentrují problémoví žáci a žáci se specifickými vzdělávacími potřebami (často ti, kteří se nedostali na jiné školy), z čehož vyplývají i specifické etické aspekty práce učitele odborného výcviku. The presented bachelor thesis deals with the issue of ethical aspects in the work of a vocational training teacher. The aim of this work is to theoretically describe pedagogical (in narrower definition teaching) ethics and its aspects and then apply this information in practice in its own research, the content of which will be ethically commented case studies and opinions of students and teachers on these ethically controversial cases. In the theoretical part of the work, the method of analysis of a scholarly text is used, in the practical part, case studies are presented (in this sense, it is a qualitative research in the form of a probe into the issue). The work shows that apprenticeship education has numerous specifics and problems - currently it is a degree of education that does not have social prestige, and suffers from a material shortage and a lack of quality teachers. Related to this is the fact that apprenticeship disciplines are more concentrated than problematic pupils and pupils with special educational needs (often those who have not attended other schools), which also implies specific ethical aspects of the work of a vocational training teacher.
