Abstract

Abstracts Title: Case study of patient after ACL reconstruction Goals: follow the complications that found after examinations and therapy that based on according to it to eliminate it then observing the condition after all if there is improvement or deterioration, also showing the theoretical part about ACL and what is related about its injury. Methods: Thesis have two main parts which are the theoretical part that describe the ACL injury and ACL reconstruction, the other part is according to my knowledge which based on my studies in FTVS I did the examinations that patient need to understand the patient clinical picture then putting the therapy plan and treat according to the complications or deformities that found during the examinations, all based on FTVS studies. Patient will follow the therapy sessions schedule then evaluation of the changes in the end with the conclusion. Results: satisfying improvements after 8 sessions therapy that improve the knee joint stability with improvement of muscle strength, symmetry of the muscle tone, release the joint play, eliminate the pain that patient complain of, improve the ROM of knee also improve the confidence of knee joint this leads to correct gait pattern which patient need most and achieved. Abstraktní Název: Případová studie pacienta po rekonstrukci ACL Cíle: Po komplikacích které byly zjištěny po vyšetření, a po terapii která byla založena na výsledcích testů a zaměřena na jejich odstranění, jsem sledovala stav pacienta, jestli nastává zlepšení nebo zhoršení jeho stavu. Dále obsahuje teoretickou část zaměřenou na ACL a informace ohledně jeho poškození. Metody: Diplomová práce má dvě hlavní části, první je teoretická část, která popisuje ACL poranění a rekonstrukci ACL. Druhá část je založena na základě mých znalostí získané studiem na FTVS, ve které jsem provedla vyšetření, při kterém je potřeba pochopit celkový klinický obraz pacienta, sestavení léčebného plánu a samotné terapie s ohledem na komplikace nebo deformity zjištěné během vyšetření. Tohle vše jsem provedla na základě studia na FTVS. Pacient se bude řídit terapeutickým plánem v jednotlivých sezeních a poté přiblížím vyhodnocení změn se závěrem na konci. Výsledky: uspokojivé zlepšení po 8 sezení terapie, výsledkem které je zlepšení stability kolenního kloubu se zlepšením síly svalů, symetrie svalového tonusu, uvolnění omezení kloubů, odstranění bolesti na kterou si pacient stěžoval, zlepšení ROM kolena a také zvýšení jistoty v kolenním kloube. Tohle všechno vede ke správnému modelu chůze, který pacient nejvíce potřebuje a dosahuje....
