Název Právní problematika sebeobrany - nutná obrana, krajní nouze. Cíle Cílem této práce je rozebrat právní problematiku sebeobrany. Vysvětlení pojmů nutná obrana a krajní nouze. Poukázat na problémy ve výkladech. Poukázat na problematiku sebeobrany členů IZS. Vyvození závěrů. Metody Metodou použitou při tvorbě této závěrečné práce je rozbor co nejširší škály literatury, která o dané problematice pojednává a trestního zákoníku. Dále popis zjištěných poznatků a vyvození závěru. Výsledky Vysvětlení pojmů nutná obrana a krajní nouze a zpřehlednění problematiky sebeobrany.
