Abstract

Title: Case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of polytopic vertebral algic syndrome. Objectives: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize theoretical and practical knowledge about the issue of polytopic vertebral algic syndrome. Methods: The theoretical part contains information about anatomy and kinesiology of the spine, some disorders in this area and possibilities of the therapy of vertebral algic syndrome. The second part is focused on the practical use of examination and therapeutic methods. Results: The patient's condition improved subjectively and objectively after the therapies. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou polytopní vertebrogenní algický syndrom Cíle: Cílem této práce bylo shrnout teoretické poznatky o problematice vertebrogenního algického syndromu a zpracovat kazuistiku fyzioterapeutické péče jednoho pacienta s touto diagnózou. Metody: Práce obsahuje v teoretické části poznatky o anatomii a kineziologii páteře, možných poruchách vyskytujících se v této oblasti a možnosti jejich terapie. Speciální část je zaměřena na praktické využití vyšetřovacích a terapeutických technik nabytých v průběhu bakalářského studia fyzioterapie. Je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Výsledky: Po terapiích navržených na základě fyzioterapeutického vyšetření došlo ke zlepšení stavu pacientky. Klíčová slova: vertebrogenní algický syndrom, bederní páteř, fyzioterapie.
