Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida a stav po resekci hlavice a krčku femuru

Abstract

Title: The case study of physiotherapy treatment of a patient with the diagnosis of ankylosing spondylitis and after resection of femoral head and femoral neck Summary: The bachelor thesis is focused on the issue of rehabilitation treatment after rheumatic surgery resection of femoral head and femoral neck indicated due to ankylosing spondylitis disease. It consists of two parts - general and special. The general part includes theory of ankylosing spondylitis disease, its etiology, clinical presentation, diagnostics and treatment options, and rheumatosurgery of hip joint. The special part is focused on physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis disease and after resection of femoral head and femoral neck. The case study of the patient was based on four-week practice in Institute of rheumatology in Prague in January and February 2020. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida a stav po resekci hlavice a krčku femuru Shrnutí: Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou rehabilitační léčby po revmatochirurgickém zákroku resekce hlavice a krčku femuru indikovaného z důvodu ankylozující spondylitidy. Skládá se ze dvou částí - obecné a speciální. Obecná část se zabývá onemocněním ankylozující spondylitida, její etiologií vzniku, klinickým obrazem, diagnostikou a možnostmi léčby a revmatochirurgickými zákroky kyčelního kloubu. Část speciální je zaměřená na fyzioterapeutickou léčbu pacienta s ankylozující spondylitidou a po zákroku resekce hlavice a krčku femuru. Kazuistika pacienta byla vypracována na základě čtyřtýdenní souvislé odborné praxe v Revmatologickém ústavu v lednu a únoru 2020.
