Irena Opatrná Novotná Objectives: The main aim of this these sis to describe the possibilities of physiotherapy threatment of patient after distal radius fracture. The summary of theoretical knowledge and a case study of one patient. Methods: The theoretical part of the thesis is elaborated in the form of a literature research. It describes the important information of anatomy, kinesiology and hand function. The traumatology side discusses possible fractures in the area of the forearm, the possibilities of treating the injuries and the most commonly used physiotherapeutic methods. The special part is a case study of a patient after distal radius fracture. The special part includes input and output assesment, description of the individual therapeutic units and evaluation of the effect of the therapy. The data for the special part of the thesis were obtained in Centrum léčby pohybového aparátu in Prague, Vysočany since 13. 1. 2020 to 7. 2. 2020. Results: During the physiotherapy treatment the patient's condition improved. Irena Opatrná Novotná Cíl: Hlavním cílem této bakalářské práce je nastínit možnosti fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienty po fraktuře distálního radia. Shrnutí teoretických poznatků týkajících se diagnózy a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta. Metody: Teoretická část práce je zpracována formou rešerše odborné literatury. Jsou zde zmíněny poznatky z anatomie, kineziologie a funkce ruky vztahující se k tématu. Dále jsou zde zmíněny možné zlomeniny v oblasti předloktí, možnosti léčby tohoto zranění a nejvíce užívané fyzioterapeutické metody pro rehabilitaci. Speciální část tvoří kazuistika pacientky s diagnózou zlomeniny distálního radia. Jedná se o vstupní a výstupní kineziologický rozbor, popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Podklady pro zpracování speciální části bakalářské práce byly získány v Centru léčby pohybového aparátu v Praze na Vysočanech, v termínu od 13. 1. 2020 do 7. 2. 2020. Výsledky: V průběhu fyzioterapeutické péče docházelo u pacientky ke zlepšení stavu. Tedy k redukci otoku, snížení bolestivosti, obnovení joint-play kloubů, zvýšení rozsahu kloubní pohyblivosti, odstranění reflexních změn měkkých tkáních, protažení zkrácených...
