Abstract

Title: Casuistry of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with ankylosing spondylitis diagnosis and in the condition after total hip replacement Aim: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to become acquainted and deepen the knowledge regarding the issue of total hip arthroplasty and ankylosing spondylitis as well as repeating the acquired skills I've gained during the study of physiotherapy at the UK FTVS in the practical part of my thesis. Summary: This bachelor thesis is devided into general and practical part. The theoretical knowledge of hip joint and ankylosing spondylitis are summarised in the general part of the thesis. I was describing joint construction, osteoarthritis, coxarthrosis, conservative and surgical treatment of coxarthrosis and the follow up care after the total hip arthroplasty. In the theoretical issue of ankylosing spondylitis, I focused on the clinical picture, treatment, therapy and possible performances of this disease. The practical part is describing the case report of the pacient, contains initial kinesiological analysis, short- term and long-term therapeutic plan, the process of individual therapeutic meetings, the output kinesiological analysis and evaluation of therapy results. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou ankylozující spondylitida a stavem po TEP levého kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce je seznámit se a prohloubit znalosti v problematice týkající se totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu a ankylozující spondylitidy. Zároveň si v praktické části zkusit i zopakovat dovednosti, které jsem při studiu fyzioterapie na UK FTVS získala. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na obecnou a praktickou část. V obecné části jsou shrnuté teoretické znalosti o kyčelním kloubu a ankylozující spondylitidě. Popisovala jsem stavbu kyčelního kloubu, osteoartritidu, koxartrózu, konzervativní i operační léčbu koxartrózy a následnou rehabilitační péči po TEP kyčelního kloubu. U teoretické problematiky ankylozující spondylitidy jsem se zaměřila na klinický obraz, léčbu, terapii a případné výkony tohoto onemocnění. Praktická část popisuje kazuistika pacienta, obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, krátkodobý a dlouhodobý terapeutický plán, průběh jednotlivých terapeutických setkání, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení výsledků terapie.
