Integrace sester-cizinek do českého zdravotnictví

Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with the integration of foreign nurses into Czech healthcare system and solves issues related to the adaptation of foreign nurses from Ukraine to the Czech Republic. The aim of this thesis is to reveal the main problems faced by foreign nurses from Ukraine looking for application in medical industry in the Czech Republic on the base of structured interview. The partial aim of this work is to find out the possibilities for better integration of foreign nurses in the country's labour market. To achieve these aims a number of methods have been used, among which are analysis of the book of professional resources, professional articles and contributions, mathematical-statistical analysis, questionnaire survey, synthesis and deduction. The theoretical part of this thesis deals with the theoretical background based on the integration of foreigners on the labour market in the Czech republic, the specific analysis of the application of the foreigners in the health sector of the country, recognition of foreign education and the number of vacancies for the position of general nurse in Czech republic. Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá integrací sester-cizinek do českého zdravotnictví a řeší otázky spojené s adaptací sester-cizinek z Ukrajiny na území České republiky. Cílem práce je na základě řízených rozhovorů odhalit hlavní problémy, se kterými se potýkají sestry-cizinky z Ukrajiny hledající uplatnění ve zdravotnických zařízeních v České republice. Dílčím cílem práce je zjistit možnosti pro lepší integraci zahraničních zdravotních sester na trhu práce v zemi. Pro dosažení těchto cílů byla využita řada metod, mezi kterými jsou rozbor knižních odborných zdrojů, odborných článků a příspěvků, matematicko- statistická analýza, dotazníkový průzkum, syntéza a dedukce. Teoretická část práce se zaobírá teoretickými východisky týkajícími se integrace cizinců na trhu práce v České republice, konkrétně analýzou uplatnění cizinců ve zdravotnictví, uznáním zahraničního vzdělání a počtem volných pracovních míst na pozici všeobecná zdravotní sestra v ČR. Dále se integrace zkoumá ze sociálního a psychologického hlediska, kde se pojednává o kulturním šoku, který je spojen s procesem integrace, o problémech spojených s xenofobií, s jazykovou bariérou a se stereotypy i předsudky ohledně pracovníků z Ukrajiny.
