Abstract

Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po TEP kolenního kloubu Cíl: Cílem této bakalářské práce je zpracování kazuistiky fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta po TEP levého kolenního kloubu během souvislé odborné praxe na oddělení ORFM v ÚVN a zpracování teorie související s touto diagnózou. Souhrn: Práce je rozdělena na část obecnou a část speciální. Obecná část zahrnuje seznámení s anatomií, kineziologii a biomechanikou kolenního kloubu. Dále se zabývá problematikou gonartrózy, indikacemi a kontraindikacemi k provedení totální endoprotézy kolenního kloubu a na závěr specifikacemi rehabilitace a použitými fyzioterapeutickými postupy. Obsahem speciální části je kazuistika pacienta. Kromě vstupního rozboru zde nalezneme sepsané terapie, výstupní rozbor pacienta a závěrečné zhodnocení efektu terapie. Title: The case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient with total endoprothesis of a knee joint Aim: The purpose of this bachelor thesis is the processing of a case study of the physiotherapeutic care of a patient after total knee replacement during an internship in the ÚVN hospital. Summary: This thesis is divided into general and special part. The general part sums up anatomy, kinesiology and biomechanics of the knee joint. Apart from that, there is some information about gonarthrosis, indications and contraindications towards total endoprothesis of the knee joint. Last but not least we look at the specifications of rehabilitation regarding this diagnosis and used physiotherapeutic methods. The objective of the special part is a case study of the patient. It consists of complex kinesiologic evaluation, therapies during the patiens stay and the outcomes of the rehabilitation.
