Abstract

Title: Case Study of Physiotherapeutic Treatment of a Patient with the Reverse Total Endoprosthesis of the Shoulder Joint Diagnosis. Objectives: The aim of this thesis is an introduction and summary of theoretical and practical knowledge about reverse shoulder replacement and a case study of patient with with the diagnosis. Methods: This bachelor thesis has been devided into two main parts, the general part and the special part. The general part includes theoretical knowledge related to the topic of reverse shoulder replacement and the therapeutic methods used in physiotherapy. The special part includes a case report of the patient with reverse total endoprosthesis of the shoulder joint. This part contains kinesiological examination, diagnostic and therapeutic management and the final assessment of the physiotherapeutic effect. Název: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku s diagnózou reverzní totální endoprotéza ramenního kloubu Cíle: Hlavním cílem této práce je seznámení a shrnutí teoretických a praktických poznatků o reverzní endoprotéze ramenního kloubu a zpracování kazuistiky pacienta na danou diagnózu. Metody: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, na část obecnou a část speciální. Obecná část zahrnuje teoretické poznatky vztahující se k tématu reverzní endoprotéza ramenního kloubu a použité terapeutické metody ve fyzioterapii. Část speciální zahrnuje kazuistiku pacientky s diagnózou reverzní totální endoprotéza ramenního kloubu, tato část obsahuje vstupní a následně i výstupní kineziologické vyšetření, terapie a závěrečné zhodnocení efektu všech terapií.
