Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou TEP kyčelního kloubu

Abstract

Title: The case interpretation of physiotherapeutic treatment of a patient with total hip replacement diagnosis Aims: The aim of the thesis has been comprehensive arrangement of theoretical findings, their deepening and exercising of practical knowledge related to total hip replacement diagnosis and subsequent physiotherapeutic treatment. Summary: The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one includes theoretical knowledge of hip joint anatomy and kinesiology, furthermore coxarthrosis findings (the most often reason of necessity of hip joint alloplastic surgery), its phases, rehabilitation, surgical attitude and kinds of used total hip replacements. The other part is dedicated to a particular case of a female patient after the total hip replacement surgery, I had an opportunity to visit her during 8 treatments. At the end of the part there is a comparison of input and output kinesiological analysis and total assessment of the treatment effect. Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacienta s diagnózou TEP kyčelního kloubu Cíle: Cílem této bakalářské práce bylo komplexní zpracování teoretických poznatků, jejich prohloubení a procvičení praktických znalostí souvisejících s diagnózou TEP kyčelního kloubu a následné fyzioterapeutické péče. Shrnutí: Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části. První část zahrnuje teoretické znalosti anatomie a kineziologie kyčelního kloubu, dále pak poznatky o coxartróze (jako nejčastější příčině nutnosti aloplastiky kyčelního kloubu), jejích stádiích, rehabilitaci, operativním přístupu a druzích využívaných endoprotéz. Druhá část je věnována konkrétnímu případu pacientky po operaci totální endoprotézy kyčelního kloubu, kterou jsem měla možnost po 8 terapií vídat. V závěru této části je provedené srovnání vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru a celkové zhodnocení efektu terapie.
