Abstract

Title: Case of physiotherapy care of a patient after liver transplantation Aims: The aim of this bachelor thesis is to summarize the theoretical knowledge about liver transplantation and to introduce a possible example of physiotherapeutic care for a particular case report of a patient after liver transplantation. Methodology: The bachelor thesis is divided into two parts: theoretical and special. The theoretical part contains general knowledge of liver anatomy and physiology, problems of pathophysiology, transplantation and physiotherapeutic procedures and methods concerning liver transplantation. All information in the theoretical part was taken from the literature. A special part of this bachelor thesis was processed on the basis of continuous professional practice in the period 7. 1. 2019 - 1. 2. 2019 in IKEM Prague. It is processed as a case report of a certain patient. It contains input kinesiological analysis, recording of the course of therapies, kinesiological analysis and evaluation of the effect of therapy. Results: During the therapy, the patient experienced a shift in general health. Souhrn Název práce: Kazuistika fyzioterapeutické péče o pacientku po transplantaci jater Cíle práce: Cílem této bakalářské práce je shrnutí teoretických poznatků o transplantaci jater a uvedení možného příkladu fyzioterapeutické péče na konkrétní kazuistice pacientky po transplantaci jater. Metoda: Bakalářská práce je rozdělena na dvě části: teoretickou a speciální. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné poznatky z anatomie a fyziologie jater, problematiku patofyziologie, problematiku transplantace a fyzioterapeutické postupy a metody týkající se transplantace jater. Veškeré informace v teoretické části byly převzaty z odborné literatury. Speciální část této bakalářské práce byla zpracována na podkladě souvislé odborné praxe v době 7. 1. 2019 - 1. 2. 2019 v IKEM Praha. Je zpracována jako kazuistika určité pacientky. Obsahuje vstupní kineziologický rozbor, záznam z průběhu terapií, výstupní kineziologický rozbor a zhodnocení efektu terapie. Výsledky: Během terapií nastal u pacientky posun v celkovém zdravotním stavu. Na počátku se jednalo o pacientku s kvalitativní poruchou vědomí bez jakékoliv spolupráce na terapii, s potupným časem se její stav upravil takovým způsobem, že mohla terapeutickou jednotku provádět dle slovních instrukcí. Odezněly iritační jevy, šlacho - okosticové reflexy se dostaly do normy, zvýšil...
